Brian G. Hayes

Brian has helped military Soldiers train for battle for over 17 years. Now, he stands ready to help you fight your battles and defeat your enemies. Brian’s own experience includes distance running, strength training, and trying to be the best possible father for his son.

Brian was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and Master’s from the University of Tennessee. He moved to Knoxville, TN in 2012 after serving 17 years in the United States Army.

Brian is also a proud father to his 5-year-old son, Kody. Together, they enjoy fishing, camping, and making S’mores! Brian believes that everyone can benefit from a healthier lifestyle and is excited to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Jonathan Getino


Jonathan graduated the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a B.S. in Arts and Sciences. Through out his college career Jonathan worked with a variety of clients, in a group setting, teaching yoga for about a year and a half, and HIIT for a year. Now, he holds a certification through ASFA, and has been doing personal training and group fitness since December 2015. He has worked with a wide range of clients over the past 3 years ranging from corporate executives to individuals with disabilities. His unique form of training as well as his focus on the structural foundation of movement allows him to help not only get you in shape, but also aid in correcting your posture.

Chris Quinn

Christopher T. Quinn is a Certified Personal Trainer, (ACE) as well as currently the JV Boys Soccer Coach at West High School in Knoxville. He thoroughly enjoy working with players, by implementing programs focused on injury prevention, improving their strength and conditioning, and assisting them in reaching their maximum potential. He is a compassionate person that understands everyone, regardless of their fitness level, can achieve their fitness goals. This can lead to improved health and better self esteem. Fitness is a passion of his, and he enjoys helping clients of all ages and levels conquer their fears, and help them change into, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s weight loss, or just trying to feel better or become healthier, he can help you meet the challenge. Away from training, he is passionate about the NFL, and enjoys writing about it. Interesting facts about him include: he is an Eagle Scout, he is bilingual, (Spanish) due to living in Peru for two years, and served in the U.S. Army, being deployed in support of OEF (2002). Jami Schmid - Manager


Jami has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 25 years through aerobics, martial arts and personal training. She has her B.S. and M.S. from the University of Tennessee and is a 4th degree karate black belt. In addition, she holds personal training certification through NASM. She has experience training both high school and collegiate athletes as well as clients with special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorders and Down Syndrome. Jami’s passion is helping clients succeed in reaching their goals whether it be in managing weight, getting stronger, improving athletic performance, or simply living life to its fullest. This passion is reflected in her belief that, “Life is short; live it well.”
